This is a beautiful Uncook Book. The pictures of the dishes are amazing.

I tasted his recipes in person in a workshop. They truly were gourmet. The only problem with this book is that the recipes are quite complex. Also some of the ingredients are not raw so you should try to substitute truly raw ingredients.
